    well i used the same nuts on the 99+ bumper and they work just fine so i dont see why theyd change the nuts also :shrug:

    i took mine off like a week ago and im pretty sure it was 18mm

    19? 18? Lucky i reading 7 out. Anyway, I took mine off just other day. 18 should be the size.

    jake was right they are 21mm, 2 of mine are 18 due to the body lift and bumber lifting brackets.
