    the guy who cuts my lawn showed me his today and it had 437k on 7.3 and never had any drive train trouble so far

    I was always hesitant on picking the 6.0 over a 7.3, but if I had to do it again I would consider it.

    I wouldnt hesitate an 05 up, but 03 and early 04 makes me nervous. Not all are bad, but there are a few out there.

    wouldnt bother me a bit most of those trouble engines were fixed warranty issues so nothing scares me. if it breaks just fix it.
