    Ok, I know we stick tractor oil in our 5.4l. I heard it does wonders for the cam phasers. Lol

    2 weeks after we got that truck we had to have a new 5.4 put in it, 5,500 dollars, thank god for a warranty

    or i could have put tractor oil in it to make the cam phasers quiet:jester:
