Yup, you got a truck brotha, not a race car.. Save your cash, run your rig till you blow your trans, then pay a shop to re build/upgrade it to your application ie shift kit, clutches, torque converter etc...
Ya you can because the 6.0L with the zf6 has the same bolt pattern as the 5.4l and 6.8l so it should be possible but it will require cutting into your transmission hump
