F-550 Brush guard on a F-150,will it fit fram

Ok so a budi of mine was going thru craigs list and he saw this.

Question is,Will a F-550 brush guard fit on a F-150?Meaning are the frames the same and will they line up?Im thinking no,but hey worth a shot.Take a look at the craigs list post and let me know.My friend would pick it up for and bring it to me next week.Dont worry rrogers,were still a go for what we talked about.This is one bad as grill tho and or only a 100 bucks,hell ya

With fabrication anything can be made to work

 

Superduty frames are totally different than F150 frames.

Even if you could make it fit it wont look right because its shaped to match the front profile of a Superduty.

 

Well that i know man,lol..But that would involved cutting the brackets off,refabing more brackets,welding them and all that good stuff.Just wondering if it will line up thats all.

Dam you guys are killing me.Just once give me some good news,lol.Ya my friend said its more trouble than its worth to fabricate new brackets and try to make it fit.Daaaaammmmmmm.Thats one mean looking grill.Screw it,i still might have him bring it anyways.Hey for a hundred bucks,thats some good metal tubing and im sure i could find something to use it for.Hahaha.

Sometimes you can get one that fits right for $100. There was one on my local CL for $100 a few months back.

 

Ya im going to have my bud buy it 4 me and i will use it for something else.Maybe fab it to fit on my 2003 F-350 TD.

 

that should be the same truck since an F550 and F350 look the same and use the same frames.
