Deals that look too good to be true usually are. JMO BRAKEMOTIVE FTMFW!!!!! - Mustang Forums at StangNet I read up on them a few months ago when I swapped the brakes on mine.
This is the only bad review I have ever seen. I bought mine when I was still real active on F150online and everyone over there loves them, no issues!
EBC has a 100k mile guarantee against warping. and the pads are said to last about 70k if they arent abused.
Really? All I did was Google brakemotive cracked rotors and got several hits. Who knows, they may have the same failure rate as any drilled rotor. I just didn't get the warm fuzzies about having rotors busting on me because I tow so much. I really didn't need new rotors at the time so I just went with pad replacement.
i had a set of wagner thermoquiets on the front with stock rotors and rear drums and stopped great. since you have 4 wheel disc id go wagners all around and it was 45 for the front pads and hardware
Get stainless steel brake lines too. Cheaper than rotors and a significant increase in brake feel and stopping power
^I already got some. had to with my lift. the rear axle when flexed stretched the brake line to the point of almost snapping..so i got ones that were like 10in longer....flexing is not a problem anymore. and jake ill look em up
