i got all the parts to fix my front end, i got 2 days off this week, and im gonna try to tackle it

my question is, when i change my lower ball joints, do i put the jack under the frame, the lower control arm, cause im guessing the resistance from the torsion bar will hold the truck up when i pop the lower ball joint off i thought about putting the jack under the frame, theb poping the ball joint out, but if there isnt any serious weight on the lower control arm, will the a- arm fling around when i pop the ball joint?

    i tried to explain...
do you understand what im asking guys??
