anybody else running 16.5 rims

    any bad experiences at all? things i should watch out for? just bought some 16.5x9.75 eagles last night for $150 figured it was a good price

    I think 16.5 is the smallest we can run, any smaller and it starts to rub on the caliper

    not so i have 16"s on mine and he had 16"s on his for a long time (i think) plus 16 is a stock size rim for the xlt models

    some of the xl truck come with 16's and they make aftermarket 16's for our truck so im not worried about that ive just heard stories about them coming off the bead.

    ^What he said. My XLT came with 16's from the factory.

    was out at barlett lake and it just rained. truck slid out and rolled at about 20-25... it was sliding for a good 20ft sideways at that speed till it caught and i couldnt pull it out of there

    its 15's that we cant fit but if we could.... cheap cheap cheap tires :))
