    Recon overcharges for they're products bad. And atleast in my case, wouldn't back they're products either. I bought a tailgate light bar a couple years ago and it quit working within weeks. To make a semi-off topic story short. They basically told me to play hide and go f*ck myself :Grenade:

    Dude those Recon f150 badges are the ****!! I was all ready to buy some that glowed red untill I seen they wanted $100 for em..

    $100 isn't bad for a pair of them, I just don't care for lighted badges or badges at all for that matter.

    I was thinking of building a set of custom illuminated fender badges. I just haven't put all the details together yet.

    Hell ya man.

    N yes it would have to be drilled in.But i was only thinking of one on the tailgate and that would go right above my F-150 badge.But then again,if it's going to look spickish,maye not,lol

    it will look a bit spickish. I don't like the word but its true. On the other hand though if thats what you like then go for it, it is your truck after all :)

    Oh thats me useing a better term,lol.As you can tell i like to use PC terms:jester:

    I do like lights thats for sure.But in taste(even tho i cot flack for my bumper lights,lol)Hell i could always buy it,mount it with some temp tape and run the wire and see how it looks at night.N if i don't like it,or it looks to spickish to me,i will just return it.

    I have had it said to my face before, so i don't speak spanish anywhere anymore really. I didn't take offense to it though it is what it is :)

    That would probably be the best way to check and see. I would go with that along as you are able to return it if you don't like it .
