4.6 isnt too awefully bad. Better on gas then a 5.4, and since its a smaller truck, it doesnt feel underpowered. Even with my new wheels and tires, it didnt hurt it too much. I'd get another if i had too. Even pushed real good with the plow on and everything, cant complain

My grandpa has a 2002 shortbed rab 2wd with a 4.6.. its not terrible but I can still tell a difference in power between his 4.6 and my 5.4.. both are tuned the only upgrade mine has that his doesn't is the gotts mod.. Sent from my iPhone killing HTC Inspire 4G

I know that sounds smart but its easy to say no over the phone.. you gotta go up there seem interested test drive it if you like it then just find a flaw and act like its troubling you enough not to buy.. use that to negotiate a better price.. had more pep .... i guess the 4.6 is faster and the 5.4 just has more torque i guess ..... put its a world of difrence
