Ok guys, I might be up for the challenge...
If enough people are interested I might design a kit for the '04-'08s. My sister has an '06, I have many friends with '04-'08s and I use to own an '04... I could easily pull my specs from thier trucks.
The main difference would be changin the steering rack to a Super Duty box and designing frame plates to beef up the frame for the constant push/pull, basically I don't see a problem designing a kit for those trucks...

I have all the design sheets for the '97-'03s... If there's any interest I might start putting $$ aside to slide a few more kits down the assembly line

    ball park price

Ok guys, I've come up with a ballpark price for the 10th Gen F150 Conversion Kit...
The kit would include the following...
    New front crosmember/spring Hanger
Custom high steer setup, (pitman arm, drag link, steering arm, etc.)
    Shackles
    Shackle hangers
    Shackle hanger bushings
U-bolts, spring plates, and shock tabs (front and rear)
    Spring perches (rear)
    Shock towers (front)
    All required hardware...

$1,790.00 (remember this is a ballpark and may change +/-) especially if I forgot to add something :Grenade: but I think I went over everything pretty well

    Optional add-ons...
Shackle flip brackets for 4.5" of lift in the rear without the use of blocks and or add-a-leafs + $250.00

High clearance transmission cross member, **this is a bolt on with a body lift, no body lift you will need to take your exhaust off the drivers side and put it back up to install and remove this part** this clears the front driveline angle... with 4" springs you would be able to modify your stock crossmember or you could bolt this in... With 6" springs you would want to add this to your list regardless, not only does it clear the angle of the front drive shaft it's flush with the bottom of the frame rails unlike the stock one that hangs below + $320.00 comes with fabbed main exhaust hanger old main hanger will be deleted

**The above is for Off Road use only**
*Note 4" springs will yield 8.5" of lift height

**The following section is not only a shopping list but also a warning of how much $$ you could wind up spending**
What you would need to pick up to get everything together and fuctioning a-z
    A set of axles $600-1k+
    A set of 8 lug wheels and lug-nuts $100-1k+
Shocks all around $120-?? (I can tell ya what ones depending on lift)
Possibly gears for your axles $600+ unless you're lucky enough to find a set of axles with 4.10 or lower and an install $$900 if ya can't do it yourself
Probably want new brakes $250+ (front and rear) possibly wheel bearings, seals, gear oil, hubs??? $??
Extended brake hoses (front and rear) preferably stainless with teflon $180+
Probably a set of tires $???
Most likely rear driveshaft shortening, $90 (longer pinion on the big boy axles) especially with a shackle flip, unless your go zero rate aal or adj perches
Probably a set of blocks for the rear $60
Front drive shaft lengthening over 4" springs $200
Possibly index the t case, and move exhaust
New brake hard line (front relocated)

So hitting each one of these items at a middle of the road price plus my kit you could easily hit $5,000.00+ doing this project or you could get lucky and only hit $3k finding deals, not having to re-gear, etc...

Also there's a lot of torching, cutting and welding going on... If you don't have a welder or ya do and are unsure about your skills or think you're good but for some reason your friends refuse to ride with you cuz your $#!+$ always breakin, have someone else do it or pay to have it done, you will need torches or a plasma cutter... and the means to safely lift the entire truck off the ground

And I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff here
This project took me a month to do, but I also had to take measurements and build as I went, it could take a couple weeks if ya got a shop, some $$ and a lot of resources and ya know what you're doin

    Anyone still interested???!!!!!! :jester:

11th gen guys? price would probably close to that of the 10th Gen with addition of a steering box and some plates, I would need to hop under one and give it a good look over to see if anything else might need to be done but the shopping list and other things could likley be the same; drivline mods and gearing, brake line relocation etc. etc...

    Any interest? :jester:
