spark plug change @90000

    getting ready for spark plug change on 04 5.4L . have any of u members here have used the E3 plugs? looking for any pros/cons on the plugs or even other brands to use. also would it be recommended to replace all the individual coil boots also ? to use motorcraft replacements or something like accels ? these not to cheap either . need feedback please .

    imo a plug is a plug. they all serve the same purpose. dont waste money. put back motorcraft and be done with it

    motorcraft is the only way to go. the triton motors don't like anything else

    motorcraft be careful with that plug change at 90k you make break all of them.

    You can get the new Motorcrafts that are a 1 piece design and won't break. I've heard of other guys trying Champions and liking them. I'm not sure if there is an E3 made for the 5.4 either, just the 4.6

    it's goin to a shop I don't have the tools to get em out when they break . any info on replacing the coil boots ? yes def do it or not ? e3 are made for the 5.4 $6 at jegs.
