I was just saying yesterday how I wanted a cbr. Thanks, this has now made me want one even more lol. I have to agree about the color scheme though its pretty bad.
I've like the Hurricane since way back in 88. This new one is possibly one of the best looking they've ever made.
I am never a fan of the crotch rockets. But whats the deal with the seat so high up in the air? Reminds me of a angry hornet or something
It's part of the overall aerodynamics of the bike. They look high, but they're not as high as they seem once you're sitting on the bike.
That's what I thought but it seems higher than what it was like 3 years ago. Must be the different suspension they use when there is no load on it or something.
I think the designers are sticking em up there more and more. Bikes these days seem almost track ready as compared to the older days when they were more of a replica of a race prepared bike. Most race bikes got the ass way in the air.
its all based off of weight distribution, also why the exhaust is run out the side now. my cbr is a 06 and the exhaust runs out the back...then in 08 they changed the design just like all the other companies
hey whats wrong with that? http://www.fordfullsize.com/forum/f39/new-paint-my-honda-cbr-4655/ ha ha i see how it is
yessir. and once that nasty liscense plate bracket is gone it will look even higher haha heres a pic of my bike(old paint) and my buddies 08. just so you can see how high the rear looks with a different liscense plate mount
