I have put it in mine recently, was told to try it to clean the injectors and eveything out, mine seems to run a little better. There is also diesel power treatment you can use, i've tried tranny fluid and the sea foam but not at the same time and i've noticedc a difference!! :)

I put it in the oil every other time I change it and I ran it trough the vacume hose last month. I think it runs better but it didn't smoke like I have heard about. Caint hurt to give it a shot.

O do you mind telling me how and what you exactly did? How much time did it take and where can I get seafoam the the diesel power treatment? and does the tranny fluid make a big difference?

You can use seafoam in diesel and gas engines all i do is pull the hose off my brake booster have someone turn the truck on and keep it running while i put about 1/4 to 1/2 a can in there and then shut it off connect everything and let it sit for 15 - 20 minutes and i put the rest in my tank

After you let it sit you have to run the Shyat out of it until it quits smoking

thanks for the feedback. i read online that i put a can of seafoam in the oil filter and then another can in the gas tank. does that sound about right?
