You should be ok. Just the 04-05 5.4s had issues with running lean.

 

Well on my 98 4.6 I got a lean code caused by a egr valve and I cleaned everything and it went away

^ not caused by the intake/tuner combo like the 04-05s....

 

Yea I just don't wanna fugg it up. It has a oil leak cause my dumb ass didn't check under it. I tightened a bolt on the oil pan if that don't fix it I'm gonna get my mechanic to redo the gasket. The guy just put a new gasket on too.
