Rough Idle!

    When i first crank my truck is idles real ruff ... but after it sits there a second is smooths out ...... what could be the problem?

    rough idle?! reminds me of f150forum. "check your plugs dood!!!" ha ha :jester:, hope you get it figured out man.

    yeap..sticky IAC or could have something to do with you never bringing it over for me to look at that throttle body too. Pick up a can of TB cleaner and come over one afternoon.

    Clean your IAC. I cleaned mine this weekend and my truck idles a lot smoother now! :peace:

    Unclip it, remove the two 10mm screws, flip 'er over and spray the shyt outta the sensor. I used MAF sensor cleaner on my sensor, it was covered in dust and so were the walls of the whole thing

    :jester: you cant really tell from the picture, but it's towards the center of the engine.
