    Ya i talked the to guy.The lowest he will go is 8K.He still owes on it thats why he is asking what he is asking for.Ya screw that.I will look for something else.No problem for me looking elsewhere.

    Thanks for all the info guys.

    I will be around allot more.Just been going thru some personal things that have gotten me down.Still dealing with things,but not good being in this rut i am in.
