    I wouldn't say they're useless. My uncles damper on his 250 went, I know its a different steering linkage setup but when I put the new one on it made a huge difference.

    I think ive got a rancho one. it helps for giong over big bumps and not having any steering jitter (where it whoobles back and forth). Ive also noticed it smoothes out turning when goin over rough terrain.

    ^ Thats exactly what i need it for. As i've well documented i've had repeated problems with the front end both before and after this last lift. So anything to aid in the life of ball joints, tires, etc would be awesome. Fabtech and Rough country are the 2 kits i've seen so far
