Brake Drum Question

    Do the newer brake drums still have the weights them or is that something old school that no longer exists?

    I don't think so. I think alot of it depends on manufacturer too, but I don't think ford does.

    Someone told me that they still do use the weights.

    No hurry. Someone on a another forum brought that up on using aluminum wheels that hit weights on the drums.

    that shouldnt happen...the studs should keep then flush with the drum dave
