woman cant drive. i had one take out my whole passenger side with her taurus. wasnt much damage but she pushed the rear door in and bent the side panel. she decided to slam the gas as i passed infront of her in a construction zone.

Finally got some news from the insurance. They can't get the photos/video from the airport cops for some reason and are still trying to get the police report. However, my agent said that its looking more in my favor, since I was in my lane and had the right-of-way. Even though the other driver said I accelerated, it was still her fault for trying to merge in. Looking at my door more recently...it doesn't seem that bad. And $2600 would go a long ways to some new rims and 35s Have fancy tires with a dented door? or have a new door with no dents?
i'd keep your current rims/tires, keep the dented door, and pocket the loot. its winter time, and someone is bound to wreck their truck soon up there, so just get a door then (provided he didnt wreck that one lol).
