No rush brother. i'm prolly not puttin these parts on til end of february/march. still need to order them. just puttin the list together early. its the "planner" in me.

working til 1230 then i'm outtie! :chewie:

gonna be doin a 4wd conversion this year. i know i know, why not just trade in your truck for a new 4wd truck? 2 reasons:

    A) this truck will be paid off in march, and no truck note is bueno

    B) i love this truck. frankly the only thing wrong w/ her is that she isnt 4wd and isnt a 6.5' bed. i can fix the 4wd part lol.

^^my thoughts exactly especially in the dallas area there are tons and i mean tons of junkyards all down the same road. i used to get parts there all the time, they mostly have a junkyard for each brand.

yea i found someone had a wrecked scab and was tryin to sell it whole for parts for $2800. the only problem is that i have strict HOA rules and I cant have a half a truck sittin in my driveway.

i am gonna hit up the junk yards (we have a similar "all on one street" like dallas on the north side) and hopefully they'll be right in line w/ ebay prices, if not cheaper. i figure, for the hubs, knuckles, cv's and diff, it will be about $850 (ebay pricing). so if i can get it for $750 or less from JY, its a win! :peace:

i'm leavin work late so if i get time i'll hit you up Dylan. Thanks all!

Good luck Vano. The thing that pushed me away from doing this is hooking up the vacuum lines. Needs a 4wd PCM/computer otherwise you cant engage the auto hubs. I tried looking for manuel huns for our trucks but they dont exist lol.

If you can pull this off ill be the 2nd one to do it lol
