My left fog light, a 35w 6000k setup, just decided it no longer wanted to be its normal color. For some reason it is now pink. No idea why but...its weird.

I've been through so many fog light bulbs its stupid. This was number 4 I believe. Never had a problem with my headlights but I just can't win with fogs.

Anyone know what coulda caused it? I'm sure it can't be fixed but it would be interesting to know why it did it.

Its the gases inside the filament are degrading. That is what causes the color change.

Yup just happened to my left headlight. I have 6k and it was like 8-10k blue and started strobing.

that makes sense. Sure is annoying though considering I just replaced the bulbs and ballasts this summer.

at least I'm not the only one having the problem though. Ha

I would look to buy your bulbs from a different manufacturer then.

I'm going too. I've tried two or three different brands. Just haven't found a good one yet I guess.
