Transfusion and Plug Swap Completed!

    No Pic of install, but here is what I used.

    Mobil 1 Syn 10w-30, E3 plugs, Motorcraft Filter. I can already notice improvement from the plugs. Gained 1mpg on my way to work. Also, i was 1 quart low on oil. Not bad for runnin that batch of oil for almost 10k miles. Gonna try and find some time this week to do my read diff.

    did you change the oil filter during those 10K miles?

    Nope. Motorcraft for the win. I was 1 quart low however when i drained. but engine was runnin fine before the transfusion too. i just knew it was time finally. :birgits_tiredcoffee

    i thought you should atleast change the filter every 5K

    i normally go 7k on a filter and never a problem. i actually think that goin the 10k was the reason i was a quart short. I have never been a quart short goin 7k on one filter fyi. and i would only run a Motorcraft Filter over the 6k mark. but thats just MHO

    what a oil looks like doesnt show its condition.
