    i don't like how they're chrome on the inside and you can see the chrome.. i found the third brake light in Houston for $40. i might pick it up soon.

    ^me either...thats why Im making mine. no one makes a 3rd thats smoked and uses the regular bulbs...they all have LEDS and want over 100 bux for em

    You only see the chrome if the light is reflecting just right, its not that noticeable.

    And I agree on buying the 3rd light separately , just look liked a good package deal.

    Jarrett - Why don't you want an LED 3rd?

    i just found a 97-03 recon LED 3rd for $50 on craigslist lol

    i got the recon 3rd. its nice. but unhooking the harness was a pain in the ass. its like 6" inside the cab. you might be able to since you have those :supergay: lil hands :jester:

    Lol Nick got one of the $40 ones from fleabay and said that it's been working fine. I think thats what I'm going to do too, just silicone the sh*t out of the seams and get some LED cargo lights for it.
