this is what I have. And I just bought this today on CL I polished it up and put herculiner where the grey bars are, gunna put it back together tomorrow and add in my white ford emblem.
Ima do the 05-07 later on, i just found one on cl for a good price since all four of my tabs are broken.
looks like a regular 05 grille with the h bars cut out with some nice mesh in there, some rivets and paint?
yea it was an xl grill with center cut out and then metal trim stamped out and wire mesh welded on. then powdercoat and paint and bolts really haha
