I believe it's a 32 gallon tank, diesel here is the same price as premium (same price as plus if you know where to go) about 3.80. I'm getting just under 20, but I've got a heavy foot.

Oil changes cost more at 15 quarts, and really the only really expensive stuff is diesel motor related ie: turbos, injectors etc...

Von Ruben Bottom line is a 7.3 is good for 500k plus miles. (you'll never get that out of a v10) Over all the 7.3 last longer and are tougher. You got v10 pride and I congratulate you for that but that don't change the fact a 7.3 is better.

That's an expensive upgrade though. FWIW, I think the chrome bumpers and grille look good on the ones Dustin has. I've always liked the front of the 99's. I'm sure I'm in the minority with that opinion, but I dig em.

You are very correct, I ordered a set of new stock injectors from Swamps Diesel and its going to set me back $2,400... thats just for stock injectors. Ordered glow plugs for $120. Valve cover Gaskets $169. ERG Cooler and Oil cooler $2,300. The pro package for the EGR and Oil Cooler which includes all the extras you will need which is $ 230. Sct Tuner SF3 $380. Pillar and guages which is about $330. Turbo Rebuild kit $ 160. Belt for $80.. and im not done thats just all i can afford to spend at the moment!! All in total with shipping and tax its close to $7,000... and its not everything i need but it will fix the problems ive been having!!

FYI for you diesel owners if you ever have problems please check out Bulletproofdiesel.com they are AWESOME very helpful and will not sale you what you dont need, they take the time to explain EVERYTHING to you and they have mechanics you can talk to and help with the problems :)

The 05 swap Is About a grand to put in, at least thats what the guy round here is advertising. That's grille, lights, bumper installed. I like the 05 lights, but the 99to 04 bumper and grille better though.
