So my truck gets good mileage for a truck of its size, but getting 25-30 mpgs would be nice ha ha. It would also be fun to have something little to wrench on and play with, and it would keep the miles down on my SD.

Im lookin at little 2wd rigs, this way I can still throw some tools in the back as needed for work when Im not hauling.

I know there are some mini truck guys on here (thomas and bama) you guys have any opinions?

1995 Mazda B2300 pickup lots of new parts nice little Truck

this one so far is my favorite, but I havent gotten a response on an asking price.
Lowered 1988 Mazda B2200 For sale or trade

Im lookin at rangers mainly, but I do like the pre 90s b series.

my roommate drives a '94 B4000 ext. cab 4x4. weve put that thing through hell and back and its still going. its got 176k on it and the only major thing done was a transmission rebuild about 10k miles ago. other than that and regular maintenance issues, its been a hell of a truck

The first one seems to look pretty good for $1400. Wonder what the guy wants for the 88.

I was thinking of finding a little ranger too, once spring comes around and I start working fulltime again. I'm not too worried about it tho cuz the gf has a 2010 Focus so I only really drive the truck to and from work. I wish the truck would be getting 32mpg like the focus lol.

    I can't say what kinda mileage you'd get from a 2.3 as I've never owned one. I did have a scsb s10 4cly 5 speed getting 30 mpg.

I think I'd go for the first truck you posted. I bought a gas saver Friday.
