Small Update on my Truck *pics*

Hey y'all,
Thought i would do a small update on some of the stuff i've done to my truck in last couple of weeks (all pics taken w/ my iphone 4s)

First of all, i got myself a (slightly) used Cobra 25LTD Nightwatch CB radio for 80 bucks (its about 140 new). It even came with an aftermarket noise-cancelling microphone. Great reception and clarity btw

Then i finally got me a new ford emblem (40 bucks) for the grille to replace the old faded one. Makes a big difference IMO

Then i also replaced the missing valence on my front bumper (about 40 bucks). Ford wanted 5 dollars per plastic screw to hold the valence in place but we found a better solution...was a pain to install but worth it

lookin good man. i kinda want a CB but i really dont have a use for it.

 

yea i understand that completely. i really only use it to get traffic/weather updates, talk to my buddies, and see if any cops are out

 

yea i kinda wish i had one to help truck drivers though. i think people are idiots in their cars when trucks are trying to get over and car after car after car passes them when theyve had their blinker on for a mile. i always try to help them guys out, im sure it aint easy driving them big things.

 

true that true that....and sometimes truckers just feel like talking and who doesn't like talking over a cb radio...makes me feel like a harda$$ hahaha

 

looks good man, I just put my cb in a couple weeks ago. put it in almost the same spot

Thats one good looken truck, the color combo is my favorite.
