go for it, and moog is a good brand, idk bout rock auto's prices but at advance all moog front end parts will cost around 450-500ish

 

Rock auto beat the prices advance had down here by about 15%

I say replace at least both bearings. Check everything while your under there for slop and stuff, if it's all tight then run it. Otherwise I'd just replace everything and drive worry free

u can get a whole new UCA with a joint at oreillys for $50 -60 , thats what i always use

Well normally if one sides going bad the others about to, i'd say do both if you can, i had that done about 10k ago and it made a difference.
