well finally got my oil pressure gauge hooked up had to get a copper tubing kit and put the pressure sender in a different location. since it wont fit under the filter with the stock oil pressure sender installed.

now i just gotta wire it up.

pulled my carpet up on the drivers side to see if there was a gromet in the floor to put the wire through found one but also noticed my ******* floor is starting to rust through:Grenade: not even going to bother with that gromet. im starting to get pissed. not only do i have to fix the damn rocker panel but now i also have to get new bed support beams welded in place of the old ones and soon ill have to cut the damn floor out and weld that too...driver side rear door is starting to bubble to. this would be so much easier if i knew how to fricken weld. **** man!! sorry, had to vent.

Yea, my core support (?) up front on the scab is starting to rot. I'm really unhappy about it. But to me that truck is worth fixing.

I'm so paranoid about salt I wash under my truck
every two to three days when I go to Daytona
Beach or West Virginia in the winter.

I went to Delaware where my
mother-in-law was from I noticed car washes
were like $4 for two minutes of spray time.
This was back in the 1990's.

I was wondering are the car washes that people can
use to remove road salt in the winter from under their
vehicle priced high up "north" like Delaware?

you talking about the self serve with the foaming brush and the power washer? theyre like $1.25-$2.00 for like 5 minutes and then its $.25 for an extra 30 seconds lol. the regular cash washes are like $5 but i think to get the underbody sprayed its like $7.

i hate the damn salt. i make sure i spray under my truck like every week in the winter. im not a big fan of them drive through carwashes.

dude it sucks. im going to fix it. just gotta figure out how.

how well does that battery welder thing work? where you hook two batteries up and use jumper cables?
