Those self serve spray wash owners in Delaware must be greedy.

I read that once people get it clean under there they are
using a sealing wax to treat the underside of their
vehicles in heavy road salt areas.

yep saw Meguiar's has some poly sealant in a 64oz
just put it in a quart trigger spray and get on the creeper.
My friend saw the underside of my F250 and asked if I had
been using a toothbrush under there, clean enough to eat off of.

We usually use undercoating on the vehicles and it holds up real well to the salt. I just HATE living up here bc of the salt. My SCab hasnt seen winter since 2009. But its already taken its toll.

hey guys. just pulled my steps off today to get ready to get this rocker repaired. i know ive been talking bout it for like a month now. i just need to find a way to get it welded.

will im waiting for the part and trying to find someone to give me a hand im going to go ahead and paint the passenger side rocker so that thing dont rust on me.

should i stick with plasti-dip or should i use regualr undercoating? yall think the plasti-dip will hold up good and prevent any kind of chips and the possibility of rust?

I think you should go with something that's made to prevent rust from salt after you fix it. I think it would probably work, but I say just go ahead and get something made to prevent it. That way you don't have to repair twice.
