I need help finding a roush resonator or muffler....I don't care if its off a mustang or f150 I want the tips and resonator/muffler. If you can help keep an eye out thatd be greatly appreciated. I don't wanna spend 600 on the whole system just want the piece to make my own cause idk if I wanna dump or do a dual side out.....opinions??
I know...I've heard roush in person...love it.....then I was looking at magnaflow(thinking that's what roush may be) didn't sound bad but then youtubed roush f150 and came across a video and he had the botla xr-1 muffler and it sounds sexy also..... Roush has discontinued their F-150 exhausts for our trucks. I know this because I actually placed an order with them and several days after taking my money and making me wait the contacted me to tell me that they have discontinued making products for our generation of trucks. The XR-1s are extremely loud. I have a Borla Cat-Back which is a lot more quiet than the previous piece of crap Dynomax that was on there before. But the sound is a lot deeper and there is no droning within the cabin.
Yea my buddy has the muffler off a mustang and welded into the OEM pipe and out to a dual tip side exhaust with roush tips so its like a roush exhaust...sounds so sick.. so that's what I kinda wanna do....how loud is the xr1? I just don't wanna make my 7month old deaf riding in my truck
XR-1 is "race" loud! I'd compare it to something on an actual motorcycle if you want. I've heard them in person with different applications and it's enough to get pulled over. At least it is here.
