Here are pics of my Hella grille with auxiliary foglights. These foglights use H1 bulbs up to 100W. They are bright as hell. This grille has been discontinued and is no longer available. I painted mine with Duplicolor Graphite textured paint. It is very similar to the Shadow Gray colour of my FX4.

The fit is horrible and is nowhere near as clean as an OEM fitment, but I really like the look.

The painting process is very simple but time consuming, especially if you're a prefectionist like myself. To prep everything I use only 3M automotive wetsanding paper. I start off with 1500 grit and finish off with 2000 grit. I use PPG DDX330 wax and grease removed and a finish off with tack cloth prior to painting. I use 3M painter's tape to mask off any areas I don't want to paint to adhere to. I also paint in an enclosed area with no air movement. Finally, I only use light coats to get the desired effect. And be sure to spray an area of cardboard of something disposable so you get used to the fan pattern before you actually start painting. Follow this procedure and your results will be excellent.

Rigid has some awesome stuff. I'm going to mount their lights on the sides of my headache rack so I can blind people from behind when they piss me off. That, plus it's nice having really bright lights when reversing in the dark. :)

I always liked that concept, but outcome just doesn't do it for me.

Nice job on the paint though!

I think it's a nice touch for the FX4s. I wouldn't put it on a Lariat or a King Ranch though. Honestly I really like the look of the stock Lariat grille and would much rather have had KCs mounted to a stock Lariat grille than this Hella grille. It just so happened that the previous owner bought this grille. It didn't come painted, it was just a matte black finish. Here are more pics of the process.
