They don't have 7 lug rotors on their site, but 6 lug cost $110/each...then I have to figure out which pads to get. looking at EBC now

Did you use that particular sucker, Joe? I'm looking at picking up a cheap, decent one. I'm just wondering if that one is worth a damn.

I did, Worked great had a little sealing problem at
first but axle grease on the plunger fixed that.
Look for the 20% off coupon in the news paper
    if it isn't on sale.

Coolant, Transmission Fluid (check the condition first), front/rear differential and transfer case. Check brakes and all suspension components.

    I agree. Fluids are critical.

I have Hawk Ceramics (yellow) and AP Racing cross drilled and slotted rotors. I think I posted the pics somewhere here. I have EBC RedStuff on my Ram 1500 and they are awesome as well.

In my own imaginary world, where. Respect for wome
When did you replace your shocks last? Those typically have a 100k lifespan. Fluids all around like most are suggesting. Hawk pads are real nice. I used to run the blue box on my other truck. As for rotors there is a guy on eBay from Canada that makes slotted/drilled rotors. No Chinese stuff. They were on Blue too and I never had an issue w/ them and had over 100k on that rotor set.

Honestly, it's best to change them before a 100K IMHO. I know I only had 35K on mine when I swapped the factory length ones out for the lowered ones, but it was a night and day difference. We threw some on my dad's 04 Lariat back when it had 75K on it and it was a night and day difference. Shocks are often one of those overlooked deals.

I understand how you feel, I have a lot of work I need to do too. But it's better to maintain than to rebuild. Are the 5160s really that much better than the 5100s? I know how everyone uses their truck is different but there seems to be quite a large price difference.
