Great work brother! Mind if I ask where you got the gatling gun/dragoneye projectors? I'm looking for a mod very similar to what you did but using Harley lights and one amber LED ring for the turn signal and one white LED ring for the headlights projectors.

    Appreciate it yall

Katskinz are top notch, we installed those in my dads truck

Appreciate it man, love the tires probably the only tire I'll run from now on. Had 35x12.5s on my 17s and went with them in a 35x13 on the 22s and I'll probably do them again once I go to 38s and 24s
I need to get a go pro to truly capture the sound, iphone doesn't really capture sound so well above ~115dB but you can see the lens flex on the camera here is a video of the console

Appreciate it man, the projectors are Infinity Q45 projector replicas bought them on ebay. I ended up building the headlights myself since every headlight company wanted over $1600 + my factory headlights and 1 month wait.

    Some pictures from the build:

Thanks bud, it was my first retrofit so it has some imperfections, got a little silicone on one of the LED rings and the other day when I pressure washed the truck I got a little water in one of the headlights. I'm at a fork in the road right now as far as they go though. These are gonna come apart again for sure ill be painting them again with professional paint and clear instead of the autozone rattle can. The LED halos will be painted black and a matchbox projector will be put in the turn signal bowl then led strips will be used as blinkers. After that is complete I will either put them back on the truck or they will go up for sale so that I can build a new set with LED headlight units. The LED headlight units are supposed to have superior light output and a better cut off than the best of projectors.

There's quite a few write ups on f150online on how to do it. The Q45 is probably the hardest F150 retrofit to do, FXR and Ls460 way easier and have far better light output.

the FXR is the route i was planning on doing my retro w/ Dielawn. they offer it in both a 2.5" and a 3" lens. I was gonna go w/ the 3" since I have such a huge headlamp, but damp i'm lovin that Q45 look. Nice truck and clean installs.

Put the Q45 in the lower part, make the reflector the spot for some leds for a turn signal. And put a smaller projector in the upper bowl where you current (turn signal?) is.

Quite awful for a projector to be honest, and no high beam capabilities. That's why the plans for the second projector.

In exactly two weeks I'll be starting on my doors 4 6.5s per front door on about 65w RMS each and a single 8 or a 10 per back door, should be nice and loud.
