Truck Helix code from Edge Evo

Ok so as some of you may know.......I just put in a new batery a few days ago.Well when i plugged my Edge Evo back in and it read "Truck Helix code no recognized"

Why could this be?I had to reprogram everything and it worked fine then.Do i need to update my Edge Evo with the CD i got?

 

Not sure. Probably has something to do with the battery disconnect and the computer reseting. I'm just grasping at straws but it seems pretty logical.

 

Ya thats what i was thinking.Just still strange thats all.

Anybody else have any idea's?

 

Mine did the same thing after Will disconnected my battery and the key wasn't in but I put the key in and started him up and it works just fine.

 

Ya thats what i figured.I just hate having to every time to re-imput my Edge Evo settings every time i disconnect my battery thats all.But my battery is good to go now.And things are working good with the Evo.

 

Did you get a new bolt yet? You're going to have issues if you don't get one soon.

 

I am getting it tomorrow.. I completely spaced it today.
