Valvoline 5W-30 Synpower... and motorcraft FL-1A filter.

think it's gonna be a good combo and it's quieted down the roller rockers a lil bit.. not alot... but it did help compared to the Mobil 1 that was in it on the second fill..

done alot of reading on oils.. especially since i got a job at valvoline Instant Oil change... some good ****.

bought it all at o'reilly's... 37.24 was my total after tax...

think about it this way.. 6 qts of conventional and a motorcraft filter runs around 23 bucks.. i spent 14 dollars more, to double the length of my oil changes and get much better protection as a whole...

    come out money ahead..

typical conventional oil change interval is 3k miles or so.. full synthetic can go 7k and in some cases more..

check out bobistheoilguy.com and read.. that is the place to learn.. they have tons of members and thousands of used oil analysis on there..
