Shaft sticking straight out of the box New coil spring is the same length but it has an extra coil in it must be HD springs? I'd have to get two, just because having two different ones would bother me. It looks like a nice coil though.
Yeah I just don't wana risk my strut being all rusty like the other side and seized on. I don't think it leans. Then again I'm sure the new coil has to settle. Also not even a full day after fixing this problem I ran into another one. The bad luck monster attacks again this ones kinda my fault so I deserve any smart remarks from joe So my exhaust snapped off on the way home from the deer stand. About a year ago I cut off the tips of my exhaust and left it dumped over the axle. A month later I cut off the dumps and left just the mufflers and pipes... With no hanger holding it up hit a rut pretty hard leaving the land and it snapped, clean cut right after the cat and left the exhaust barely hanging on. Reason I never put a hanger in is because the house I was living in last year had no 220V plug for the welding machine and now that we live in a new house that has it I never got around to fixing it. So now my exhaust is cut :/ and very loud... Rust probably made the pipe weak and the weight of the mufflers ripped it. I'm seriously considering fixing it and selling the truck.
