    Really speaks for:
    A) How sweet this focus is.
    B) How pathetic the new Mustangs are.

Badass car. Certainly wouldn't mind having one.

Looks killer, just wondering what price point this puppy arrives at. I'm guessing 37k+, very similar to the Golf R

I'm a die hard Ford fan, but if given the choice I'd have to go with the Golf R.

I have driven the golf's before and they are a blast to drive. Not gonna lie. I hope this new focus can compare with it

You're right, AWD does win and that's why the Golf R wins in my book. It's AWD too. And that company that you ask who, has mastered their 4Motion systems. Sorry, putting your Ford Fanboy feelings aside, I'm guessing the R will whip rings around this Focus on a track. That said, I hope the Focus does killer. I'm glad Ford is building performance vehicles other than Mustangs. It could possibly open the door for more platforms to get a performance option...hint hint, Fusion ST. One can wish! lol

Yup, it's a solid little VW.

The only thing that would push me to the Focus realistically would be reliability. We've owned numerous VWs and unfortunately their long term reliability is my main issue. They tend to take a sh*t on ya once over the 65k mark. We got lucky with our last one. It had 140k+ on it the day it was totaled. Only real issue was a porous tranny blocked that ended up being a major recall on that year model. But the other water cooled VW's we owned were nightmares at times lol
