Sorry for not getting the vids last night. It wont happen tonight either because of the weather we are about to get. I am currently working on swapping all the window/lock/headlamp/pedal leds over to blue. I have 4 done already. This is super easy. Its easier than the ones Jake did in his truck. The switches for 99-03 are different than 97-98. Thats based on his pics vs my switches.
The switches in the 03's are different then the rest man. My buddy has an 02 Crewcab and he has 03 switches. It's like Ford starting using them mid year in 2002. My 2002 was built in late 2001. I'm willing to bet your 2002 was built towards the middle or closer to the end of 2002. The handles on the A pillars are different too. I have the old style that are curvy and his 2002 has the more squared off ones.
Ok, then that may be why my switches look different on the inside of them than Jake's. His have that tab you have to cut off to get the bulb in there and mine dont. I have 3 doors done and working on the dirvers now. I though that the mirror switch was lit up but I didnt find any light when I took it apart....lol
do you have the steering wheel cruise controls? thats my big set back. I wanna do all mine white or blue...but Jake hasnt done the steering wheel...so ill wait. are you gonna do the A/C controls and everything on the dash? you doin white ones?
So many questions...haha 1. yes I have cruise 2. no a/c or cluster. those are already blue 3. Im swapping to blue.
