** I am not a representative of http://sickhids.com/ and am only a happy customer and am wanting to show members my headlights and options for F-150 headlights from Sickhids.com. Prices are not quotes, but estimates from my experience. Thanks **

I am currently having a set of headlights being built by http://sickhids.com/. Sick is run by one guy, Brian. I contacted him on a Saturday at 1200pm and he called back within 15 min. Best customer service I have ever had. What Brian does is install a projector into your factory headlight. His products are 100% plug and play( like any standard HID kit) and lights are adjustable same as factory. I did not want to send the only set of headlights I had( on my truck) and so I had Brian buy them and put them towards the price of my finished product. ($150 for headlights through Brian) I will not quote prices because I do not know exactly what is what so I dont want to put out false info.

My lights will be a standard headlight housing with a smoked lends, black inside, instead of chrome. I also had him sandblast and paint the 7" chrome reflector bowl black as well. The side marker lends is also blacked out. I will have a chrome shroud with vents around the projector with 6000K leds firing through the vents. I will be running 8000K 55w HIDs through the projectors. I have projector lends over my turn signal bulb that will hide the bulb and project the signal color. When I have parking lights on only the 6000k lights behind the shroud vents and the Led switchback in 6000k will be illuminated.

Here are some photos of finished lights for other people, options I asked for and things like that

It is pricey, compared to a drop in Hid Kit or buying "projector" headlights online, but with the projectors you can expect a focused light and good cut off line.

Here is a pic of what you can expect to see focus and cut off line wise

This is a member on another Site, cant recall his name, Found the pic on google, thanks Bro!

Here is how a stock halogen bulb is reflected in a stock housing. Notice the source of light is coming from a small area, with a HID drop in kit its coming from a much larger area, which is what causes the glare to other drivers and the blurry beam

Here is a HID through a projector. It is focused through the lends and has a slide that moves your cut off line for hi/ lows

DAMN! thats frickin SICK! I'm gonna have to contact him and check out some pricing. I'm sure I could do the work if he had the parts. Frickin sweet dude. Make sure you take pics (night and day) of when you get them installed.

There is a place you can order the parts to DIY, its http://www.theretrofitsource.com/. You can order a "Complete Kit" which includes :Ballasts, Bulbs, CCFL Angel Eyes, Projectors, Shrouds, and Wire Harness. the kits are $315. That is the cheapest kit only has 55w bulbs. I think Brian installs all that as a base kit/base price on that is I Think $400. The only thing with Sickhids is you half to send or buy a set of headlights so you can still drive your truck and it takes a while for him to do a set because its just him, its usually custom and he has to order whatever you are wanting, to keep a low overhead. Look at his work, If you are just wanting a basic setup, the above retrofit site may be your best bet.

No problem. I think they are the best look/ option out there for 04-08s. cant wait to get mine. I think if all went right he was fitting my turn signal projectors yesterday, then will be sealing them today and 4 days after they seal they ship!

Lol, funny you said that. My Gf says I have a light fetish. I use a flashlight at work, have it mounted in my truck, I have leds in my bed under my cover( pix in album) and want some auxiliary reverse lights. Plus I am planning on putting in PIAA 510s in my fog housing. lol

I also did this to post the two drawings of a side view of your stock light and how the reflector works and a side view of how a projector works. I run a HID drop in kit now but the projector is the way to go if you can afford it!
