Tell me about a locking rear end

    i have a friend that has the ford posi from summit in his mustang for about 2 years now and it works great. for the price you cant go wrong

    Well...given the resources i'm able to use, and what i need for the truck, this is probably the route i'll go in. Because i know i want the higher gear, along with that style rear end so...plus, the ford very well may be my daily driver again soon if this fuel keeps going up. i'm paying near $3.50 for diesel, only getting like 14 mpg. and i drive around 50 miles a day on...we'll call it sub-par funds lol

    Whats wrong with your truck that you're getting 14mpg? My gasser gets better than that, and most cummins get around 20mpg on the hwy

    The heck if i know. And contrary to what my buddies say, i don't drive it hard, unless theres a girl with me :peace: but forreal, all kidding aside i don't know. Back when it had a Edge in it i got around 22 mpg but now i gotta baby the snot out of it to get 15 or 16

    well i know this may be difficult to grasp...but just put the chip back in and get 22!

    Well its not mine. I bought the truck from my grandpa and he took the chip out and put in his other truck
