i were to sell my truck, i would take the tool box, the soft cover, and brush guard off and put the hard cover back on, plus my stereo, speakers and cb would also come out, so it would look likes this it has 141,000 miles 4x4, a/c, cruise, power everything Flowmaster 44 SI/DO 31" Cooper discoverer s/t's with less than 10K on them hard cover and bed rug k&n CAI taylor wires, e3 plugs, MSD cap and rotor brand new ball joints, u joints, and superwinch hubs up front along with new brakes and other maintenance slight surface rust, but 90% solid I would ask $5200 and sit on it for awhile due to the fact that i do not have to sell it would do you guys think?
its a about a 3000 dollar truck tops.if its worth five to you then try it and see cause only you really know the value of the truck.
You might get 3k out of it if someone just was really looking for one that body style...yours is a nice one but like sfb said you can get a reg cab 97-03 for 4-5k
guess i need to come down south to buy a truck then, the only way you're getting a 97+ here for $4000 is if its got 180,000 miles and rotted out http://youngstown.craigslist.org/ctd/2165407979.html http://youngstown.craigslist.org/ctd/2164786309.html http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/ctd/2166925154.html just a few examples, for what i've got into it, im best off keeping it, i'd rather have an extended cab or something to wheel
Buying privately is cheaper. If you're looking at a damn car lot they want 6-7k for a 97-03 Scab around here.
