If he can't get them from a supplier in the States, then I am out of the group buy. I'm not into supporting communist China.
Where do you think the US supplier would get them? Do you think that any of them are made in the USA? A clue: No.
My good man you would be wrong on that.Allot of bulbs,LED's are made here in America. The parts that are being used to make the bulbs,LED's,are also made here in America. Now cannot speak for all light companies, but a good amount of light companies are still based in America, made here in America with American made parts and American made material
Those specific "switchbacks" may be made out of the States, but i am sure there are LED substitutres, albeit a bit more pricey, that are made in the States, and to me, that is worth the extra coin. If we all really cared about where things were made from, here or somewhere else, we might not have such a bad deficit and trade problem as we do now.
I'd buy mine from a US company but I want them to last longer than a month But really I understand both sides of the argument...if you stopped and checked everything that came from china and refused to use/buy it you would be a pretty busy person. I just want good quality and want them fairly priced. At the same time Switch back lights are at the very least of the US problems.
