2wd front lift question

ok I am thinking of putting some prerunner fenders on my truck if i can find a chrome prerunner bumper

but anyway i want 2 inch lift coils from rough country and i was looking at some 3.5 lift spindles

will these work together and would the lift only be 3.5?

and if i get the 2 inch rough country coils will i need longer shocks?

 

Do both and get new shocks since I broke a stock one with just the 1.5 spacer I used to have. Also you can get a bumper that's bare metal and have it chromed. My light bar was chrome when I bought it off craigslist

 

i dont know of any places around here that chromes stuff if i did more of my truck would be chrome

my buddy has a friend that can make me a prerunner bumper but i either want it chrome or powdercoated white or blue
