    did you check the wires on the blend door actuator caue if one came off it moght not work properly, not to sure but just a thought

    nah not really , just plugged it all back up ....... but still it shud make heat with the blend door removed

    1.Remove the driver's side quarter trim panel.

    2.Detach the electrical connectors on the auxiliary air conditioning and heater assembly.

    3.Disconnect the heater core hose couplings.

    4.Remove the evaporator case drain hose.

    5.Disconnect the auxiliary A/C evaporator lines.

    6.Remove the pin-type retainer.

    7.Remove the A/C outlet duct.

    8.Remove the three bolts and remove the auxiliary air conditioning and heater assembly.

    9.Remove the ten evaporator/heater core access cover retaining bolts and remove the evaporator/heater core access cover.

    10.Remove the heater core.

    To install:

    11.The installation is the reverse of the removal.

    12.Have a MVAC-trained, EPA-certified, automotive technician recharge the air conditioning system.

    Those steps are coming out of a chilton for a 1999 f150
