    but the dang acuator dont matter right now lol because the blend door is out and it is the white thing

    exactly!!!!!! the blend door is OFF so if the acuator works or not it dont matter .......

    Well then let Abe come over and fix it tomorrow.. it's 9:30, your frustrated and probably cold as hell.. Go back tomorrow, re-read over the steps and re-check your work, you may find something..
