i dont think i would lift a dually. there meant to pull. a shit ton. so lifting it kills it all. id just level it either by adding to the front or takin out the block depending on what i was pulling and over what terrain
Thats my exact point on why slammin a dually is wrong IMO. dually's are meant to be work trucks. but hey, if you got $60k to toss around for a daily driver, by all means, do it big balla. lol.
Well sadly, there's some lowered trucks that people see and to be honest sometimes are useless. But like I've said many times in the past, it's that person's rig and they're allowed to do whatever they want to it. Just like the dummy that goes to VatoZone and loads up on the stick on vents, spoilers and other tacky goods to customize their truck or car. It's their car and as long as they're not sneaking into my garage and doing it to mine while I'm sleeping at night, so be it. The whole useless part is what bugs me. When I see a truck lifted to the sky I'm aware it's as useless as the bagged frame dragging truck you see rolling around. Because, now let's be honest here, most trucks that have been lifted or lowered have sacrificed a few things in doing so. It may be ride comfort, handling or it may be load capacity, whatever. Most of us have given something up in return for lowering or lifting our trucks. Super lifted trucks are as useless as a bagged or slammed truck is when it's all said and done.
I would just throw the wide ass rims on the rear and do away with the 4 tires in the rear if I were lowering or lifting a dually. Hell some semis are rolling like that nowadays. Trucking companies have went to the 4 wide ass tires vs. the 8 narrow tires on their tractors now. They look cool too.
