Powder coating?

    Has anyone had their rims powder coated? I have a set of The Silver machined rims, and instead of having a spare set laying around, wanting to have them powder coated black, and put on my DD.

    And do you have any experience with them in salty winters? IL loves the salt.

    powdercoat will be best for winters up there.

    i was gonna have my old set coated but got these first. you shouldnt have to pay more than 100 a wheels so just watch out if ppl try and over charge

    I had a bunch parts powercoated on my bike. It holds up really well and was inexpensive.

    havent had any problems with my wheels powdercoated flat black....truck hasnt even been washed yet this winter...

    There is a guy that live like 2 miles down the road from me. He does it for a living at his house. He has a big shop beside his house

    Hmm.. i have grandparents down in Jonesboro IL, that i may be going to stay with for a week this summer. You look to be a little drive from there. Maybe throw em in the truck if i head down there, come n meet up and get em done? lol I'm assuming his work is good too, or you wouldnt have mentioned him
