The ol strobes came in handy the other day. Some high school kid was riding my ass to where I couldnt see his headlights. I braked checked him, he didnt back off. I hit the strobes and he got about 5 cars back...
lol... Only thing was, the girl had nothing to do with the two other vehicles.. Worst week i had happen there for a while. >.< now i know im gonna do some reverse fogs once i get my tint done
I found this one on ebay $16 shipping included. they claimed 120 degree wide angle view but it is maybe 60 degrees. I bought a "spy" camera wireless setup that I can attach to a suction cup pointing downward for viewing the trailer hitch when backing up to attach the trailer. I am using a slave video screen that came as a double screen DVD setup for my son to watch videos in the back seat.
how well does that work? is that the night vision one as well? i have contemplated getting this setup (night vision) to aid in backing up. Dont wanna add lights cuz i leave @ 5am and dont like lighting up the neighborhood ya know.
In testing this one, it's field of view leaves alot to be desired. It is night vision capable. I have better performance out of the color night vision cameras they sell at Harbor Freight for $29. Just ran a small inverter for the 8 volt power supply to run the camera. At one time I had front and rear facing cameras, with two DVRs setup for recording the idiot drivers in my area.
